The pizzas on the menu

There are four regular pizzas and one house special, with these ingredients according to the menu:

• Margherita: fresh tomato, mozzarella and basil.
• Carbonara: cream, mozzarella, oregano, chicken and bacon.
• Vegetable: tomato, mozzarella, courgette, mushroom, onion and peppers.
• Pepperoni: tomato, double mozzarella and spicy pepperoni.
• Pizza La Pilastra (house special, subject to availability): gorgonzola, guanciale and tartufata.

Fresh pasta

There are two fresh pastas: pesto with sun-dried tomato and parmesan shavings, and Bolognese. They are simple individual dishes, handy when someone wants something familiar while the rest of the table shares other plates.

For a table with different tastes

Because pizza sits alongside the rest of the menu, nobody has to compromise: some order pizza or pasta, others a Caesar salad, fish or Ronda-style oxtail, and something goes in the middle to start. It works well with children and for groups.
